  1. Exciting news around the camp! CSC is in the process of adding RV sites! Everything should be ready to go by the spring of 2013. We are adding 20 RV sites 20&50 amp, Power, Water & Dump Station available!

We are also hosting the 5th annual Chattooga River Clean up on March 2nd! Partnering with South Carolina DNR, Oconee County Sheriffs Dept, Boy Scouts, Trouts Unlimited and our 3 White Water Rafting Companies, NOC, Southeastern Expeditions and Wild Water! We are very thankful to have such dedicated people in the community that love our area as we do and want to know it is kept clean!

Chattooga Sounds Camp is located in Long Creek, in the western corner of South Carolina. We are located near the Chattooga River and just minutes from Lake Tugaloo. An easy drive from Atlanta, GA; Greenville, SC or Asheville, NC.

From Westminster, SC

  • Hwy 76 W towards Clayton, GA
  • 12.6 miles to Long Creek
  • Turn left at the fire station onto Damascus Church Road
  • Follow paved road 3.8 miles, campground on the left

From Clayton, GA

  • Hwy 76 E towards Westminster, SC
  • 12 miles to Long Creek
  • Turn left at the fire station onto Damascus Church Road
